The 83rd Exploratory Group was established January 28th, 2397. They were originally assigned to Rakana Fleet, but was reassigned to Pearl Fleet when Rakana Fleet was discontinued. The 83rd Exploratory group currently has four ships, and one starbase as the main control center for the division.
